We act under Article II, Section 4 of the United States Constitution — calling for the impeachment and removal of the President, Vice President, and all civil officers guilty of high crimes and treason. We demand that every member of Congress uphold their oath:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

Strike to Save America stands in solidarity with Congress, the Judiciary, the US Military, and all public servants who have sworn an oath to defend the Constitution. We stand in solidarity with Labor Unions and every Citizen of the United States who believes in fair governence under the Constitution.
